THE HELL-V IS A FULLY FUNCTIONAL GUITAR SET WITHIN THE DOOM UNIVERSE BY ID SOFTWARE. the construction consists of a red oak body with an alder piece from an old guitar, and a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard. the whole piece was hand carved and sculpted with epoxy putty. The green heart was sculpted in monster clay, then molded and casted in resin with green and yellow dye to give it a toxic color. inside the heart are a few leds powered by a lithium battery that turns on when it's inserted into the guitar. the flesh of the guitar is latex and mulptiple coats of pax paint.
The guitar itself is a baritone scale length with a schaller pickup, standard gibson style bridge and tuners, 1 vol, 1 tone and an lm386 chip with a switch for a built in fuzz tone powered by a 9v battery. |
